Billing and Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your credit card billing address entered EXACTLY matches what the bank has and that the shipping address also matches the billing address or your transaction will be rejected by the merchant card processor. Contact us to resolve if this is the case.

Browser Compatibility

The website does not work as well with Safari or Firefox, please use Edge/Internet Explorer or Chrome.

Payment Platforms

There is currently an issue with Apple Pay or Google Pay with the merchant processer, so please make sure you use another payment method.

Tips

Do not use autofill on the credit card payment nor can you used your save credit card information in your profile account.

Payment Confirmation

If the transaction and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a payment receipt, each in a separate email.
