PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
US Sales and pre-approved foreign sales only (see Sanctioned Countries list below). All payments in USD. Credit cards and PayPal are the preferred methods of payment.
Please make sure you agree with our Payment Methods, Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees, Return/Refund Policy, and/or any other Terms & Conditions before you place your order.
Orders shipping to Georgia will be charged GA state and local sales taxes.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance
Most of our items are in stock in the USA. There is no need to worry about getting your item delayed, lost in Customs, or having little or no recourse when buying from overseas. Handling time averages 24-hours from the time we receive your order. Orders ship via USPS or FedEx and are generally received within 2-5 business days to anywhere in the US. In the unlikely event the item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated delivery date. Please note... if the item is large, it may be shipped via FedEx Ground (6-9 business days). We are proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to our customers within 3 days. Should you require your order sooner, express shipping options are available, please e-mail or call us for rates. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case by case basis.
We primarily use USPS with delivery confirmation for smaller items, FedEx Ground for larger items, and insurance for high value items. The shipping & handling rate is not negotiable. We use Shipping & Handling fees to cover shipping, handling, packaging, labor, and time. We reserve the right to change shipping vendors or class of service without notification.
We offer International shipping via USPS and FedEx to most countries. Please message us for shipping options and rates to your location. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are not included in your shipping fees.
We do not combine shipping and handling unless stated otherwise or previously agreed to. Shipping & Handling charges do INCLUDE Insurance. We are self-insured so that if there is any lost, stolen or damage claim, you receive the value of your goods immediately and are not waiting months to file a claim or have the claim denied for various reasons with the carrier.
If you desire local pick up or a different class of shipping service, such as expedited or overnight, please contact us for prior arrangements.
In most cases, we typically ship same or next day, once payment is cleared. For orders after business hours on Friday or on the weekend, we will ship on the following Monday. We ship on the following business day if there is an observed holiday.
Please allow the standard USPS allotted time for delivery, see the USPS website. Remember, we are relying on a third party (USPS) for shipping. If you have not received your item after the allotted time, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue with the USPS.
We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning items. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable.
