Why Can't I See Pricing?
Effective August 8, 2016, Motorola implemented a new Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. All Motorola commercial series business radios fall under this new policy which stipulates the minimum advertised price that may be shown on an internet site before an item is added to a shopping cart. This policy also applies to all print media. This policy must must have been fully implemented by all Motorola dealers by September 19, 2016.
INTERNET PRICE ADVERTISING (IPA) POLICY for the Professional Series of the Motorola Solutions Portfolio of Products
Because Motorola Solutions seeks to encourage active direct and personal selling and outreach efforts by their Channel Partners / Dealers to potential customers, and because Motorola Solutions seeks to foster a direct relationship between their Channel Partners / Dealers and their customers in order to promote better solution development, product support, and overall customer satisfaction with Motorola products and distribution of those products, all of which are more difficult in distant internet based transactions with customers with no previous relationship with a Channel Partner / Dealer, and as such Channel Partners / Dealers may only use certain advertising and selling methods in reselling the products over the internet.
Selling and advertising of the Professional Series of products over the internet is only permitted by Motorola Solutions as follows:
Channel Partners / Dealers will be allowed to use the internet or other electronic media as a means for advertising and promotion of the products electronically so long as the Channel Partner / Dealer displays the products and features along with a statement that customers interested in purchasing the products should contact the Channel Partner / Dealer for pricing, and as such the Channel Partner / Dealer may not actually advertise prices on the non-secured pages of any internet site.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY for the Commercial Series of the Motorola Solutions Portfolio of Products
As per the MAP Agreement mentioned above, all Motorola Authorized Channel Partners are required to follow the guidelines in this MAP policy. Failure of a dealer to follow these guidelines can lead to severe penalties against the dealer up to and including the loss of ability to sell Motorola products.
However, this policy only stipulates the minimum price that can be advertised on all electronic and printed media. It does not restrict a dealer from selling a product at a price lower than that specified by the MAP guidelines. With this in mind, our customers can always email us, or call us at 706-896-0000 requesting a quote.
What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on most of the items we sell. There are NO RETURNS for anything we deem to be intellectual property. Same applied for license/flash keys as they are not returnable from the vendor. We believe that great customer service is even more important on the internet than it is in a face to face transaction, which is why we are dedicated to providing you the utmost in customer care.

These radios are manufactured for the US market and are not intended for export, and as such, these radios require the US version of the Customer Programming Software (CPS) and all warranty repairs and service are provided in the US. Please read the product listing carefully. We endeavor to list all available information in the ad, therefore, in many cases an item’s specifications may have been obtained via the Internet. If you have any questions regarding this product please visit the manufacturer’s web site or call their customer service department to research any model or part numbers before placing your bid. Please do your due diligence. Buyers who by their own error unwittingly purchase the wrong or incompatible equipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and liable for any return shipping, handling and insurance fees. Please message us to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) and return instructions before returning any items.
For items listed as new, we offer an unconditional 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. Returns are accepted within 30 days after the date of delivery, the item must be in the same condition in an unopened box with all original materials. The item and accessories must be unopened and unused and in resalable condition as “new.” If not returned in this condition, an additional re-stocking fee will be incurred depending on the physical condition of the items at the sole discretion of the seller.
For electronic equipment, and at the sole discretion of the seller, there must be no signs of case opening, tampering, parts swapping, or code plug corruption. WARNING: WE PLACE TAMPER EVIDENT SEALS and SECURITY IDENTIFICATION MARKINGS ON THE RADIOS IN DISCREET LOCATIONS. Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and liable for any return shipping, handling and insurance fees. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
As with all used electronics, items are sold “as is.” We guarantee that our items will not be “Dead On Arrival” or (DOA). We guarantee all our items to be in mint or in like new condition, and in perfect working order. Our Sellers Policy is that we offer no other returns, exchanges, credits, warranties, guarantees, for used equipment. We reluctantly adopt this policy due to the sensitive nature of electronics (e.g. parts switching, programming bricking, etc.).
