Accidental Damage is an optional service that adds coverage for accidental device damage, including broken or cracked displays or device housing, water damage, or broken/cracked keypads/buttons. Accidental Damage coverage must be purchased together with, or within 90 days of a qualifying Motorola Solutions Device purchase. Accidental Damage provides five (5) years of coverage and includes all services provided under Essential Service.
DC Software Regionalization – OPTIONAL
R7 requires a one-time activation to enable the software features and services purchased with the radio. At the time of activation, the radio needs to connect to the secure cloud application through Wi-Fi. Those who are unable to use Wi-Fi for activation can purchase the DC Regionalization option below to have the Distribution Center activate the radio.
