Payment Links

If you want to purchase, please place an order from a shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will automatically be presented with options to make a payment.  If you are making a payment on an invoice or for a custom request off the website, payment links are located on the bottom left of the website footer.  

Overseas Customers

Unfortunately, our merchant card processor will not allow us to accept any transactions from international based credit cards.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your credit card billing address entered EXACTLY matches what the bank has and that the shipping address also matches the billing address or your transaction will be rejected by the merchant card processor. Contact us to resolve if this is the case.

Browser Compatibility

The website does not work with Safari or Mozilla/Firefox, please use Edge/Internet Explorer or Chrome.

Payment Platforms

There is currently an issue with Apple Pay or Google Pay with the merchant processer, so please make sure you use another payment method.

Auto Fill

Do not use autofill on the credit card payment nor can you used your save credit card information in your profile account, a known bug prevents the CVV and other information from transferring over from the saved profile.  Please don’t forget to insert your CVV.

Terms and Conditions

Please do not forget to check the box that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the website (which can be found in a link on the footer). 

Payment Confirmation

If the transaction and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a payment receipt, each in a separate email.
