This service is for the handling fee for devices not originally sold by us.  There is no other charge if the device is under warranty.  If out of warranty. a flat rate fee is assessed by the repair depot.  In Motorola’s discretion there may also be an additional fee for physical, liquid or chemical damage (photographic evidence is usually provided).  Motorola typically has one of the most liberal repair policies in the industry, typically they just replace with all new parts.  Motorola offers a 90 day warranty on all repairs for devices not currently under warranty.  Motorola tunes and aligns every device and updates to the latest firmware on every repair.
