I needed a new battery for my UHF portable radio and after comparing prices at various sources they had the most competitive pricing on an OEM replacement battery for my radio. Ken even answered my emails late on a Sunday night and also helped me out with getting the battery to me quickly UPS as I needed it in a hurry last minute via UPS right before their UPS driver pickup and even waived the rush shipping fee for me. A company is judged to be good by not just what they sell, but what customer support they provide after the sale. I purchased a remote Bluetooth speaker mic from this seller. In less than 2 weeks it failed to turn on. This seller wasted no time in sending me not only a replacement, but a prepaid postage print out to return the item to Motorola. The replacement he sent, was lost by the US Postal (dis) service. This seller worked with me throughout the whole horrible mess of dealing with the USPS. He eventually sent me a second replacement using another carrier. I cannot state enough how happy I am with this seller and his outstanding post sale support. I hold no reservation in recommending this seller to anyone. Ken, thank you for your outstanding support from beginning to end.

I am a repeat customer. Prices are always very competitive and at times lower than eBay and Amazon. Shipping is super fast and I have called them for technical support in the evening and on the weekends and they always took my call. I would rather pay a little more for accessories (occasionally) and have these guys in my corner. They have even offered to help even when I did not purchase the Motorola radio through them. I am a first responder, Ham and GMRS operator- and they have always provided Quick turnaround on my orders as well as support. I would highly encourage you to buy your service contracts and entitlements through these guys, not to mention the hardware.

Bought the RLN6554 Motorola Bluetooth Mic for work. Great product however had issues with it keying up and connecting. Spoke with several officers who had the same product and no one else reported issues.
