This rapid-rate, tri-chemistry, innovative charging and reconditioning system streamlines and automates battery maintenance for XPR™ and APX™ Series Portable Radios (also serves as replacement for discontinued XPR™ 6000 Series radios). Talk time and life cycle are optimized as the need for manual maintenance programs are eliminated. Advanced conditioning features allows batteries to be left on the charger for extended periods and remain fully charged without incurring damage to the battery or charger. Indicator light shows charging process status and turns yellow when in reconditioning mode. 12-month warranty. Comes with AC power adapter AC adapter 25009297001.

NNTN8525 Vehicular Travel Charger
The Motorola NNTN8525 Vehicular Travel Charger is compact and allows the radio to be used while rapid charging in the charger base. The unit includes a voltage regulated vehicular
charger adapter, custom charger base, mounting bracket and coil cord, and plugs directly into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter adapter.
A great traveling companion that ensures constant communication while on the road. The maintenance mode keeps batteries charged without damaging heat buildup, and a charging algorithm provides for cool charging of the battery.
The NNTN8525 charger is not an IMPRES™ conditioning charger, but will still charge and not harm IMPRES™ batteries.

NNTN8527 NNTN8527A IMPRES™ APX™ Vehicular Adapter
Designed to turn your portable radio into a virtual mobile, the NNTN8527A APX™ Vehicular Adapter (VA) utilizes the mobile antenna, providing the portable radio with enhanced transmit and receive range. Powered by the vehicle’s 12-volt battery, the NNTN8527A APX™ VA provides charging capabilities and IMPRES™ functionality identical to the APX™ vehicular charger (NNTN7624). Charge status indication and audio operating modes are displayed through a dedicated LED. The mobile microphone and optional amplified loudspeaker allow for safer, hands-free operation (both must be ordered separately). With a compact and open-face design, the NNTN8527A APX™ VA is simple to use and straightforward to install. Keys are included for the mechanical locking feature that secures your radio in the vehicle.
Radios require firmware version R13.00.00 or later. VHF radios must have RF PCB revision NUD7120DZ or later.
Includes fused power cable, 2 keys for lock, trunnion screws, and a quick start guide. Mounting trunnion (NTN8940) must be ordered separately. IN STOCK. NNTN8527A APX™ Vehicular Adapter (VA) does not include microphone, external speaker, or antenna. We keep microphone, external speaker and antenna options IN STOCK.

The NNTN8844 Multi-Unit Fast Charger w/ USB Charging Ports incorporates two additional display modes for enhanced display data capabilities. Set up mode enables the user to customize the charger for their specific use. Options include disabling calibration, battery storage mode and display data customization. Diagnostic mode enables the charger to read IMPRES™ battery data similar to the IMPRES™ Battery Reader. Data available includes, date of first use, number of charge cycles and capacity detail.
