Please provide your Radio Model (Short Model number begins with XPR? and Long Model number begins with AA?), Serial Number, and the description of the Entitlement ID (EID) you are requesting in the “Order Notes” section of the payment checkout page.

Applicable to MOTOTRBO™ HKVN4362 Customer Programming Software (CPS), MOTOTRBO™ HKVN4622 CPS Radio Management, and MOTOTRBO™ Radio Central

EIDs are generally returned via email in a few hours, provided the Motorola server has no downtime.

We also provide installation and lifetime support.

Credit card convenience fees are included in the total price.

Note:

As of June 2023, Motorola is no longer supporting or generating EID keys on CPS Gen 1 (latest version CPS 16 Ver 828).  EID keys are no longer available for CPS Gen 1.  EID keys are still able to be ordered and installed for CPS Gen 2.

If you attempt to install an EID on CPS Gen 1 you will likely get this Error Message:

“Error #380045 Unable to contact the license server.  Please check your network settings and try again.  If you continue to get this message, please contact customer service.”

MOTOTRBO™ Software Update Management (SUM) EIDs are required for any MOTOTRBO™ infrastructure or subscriber device that is out of warranty or not under a service contract.  Pricing is dependent on radio device model, quantity, and coverage period.

Customers will typically encounter the following ERROR MESSAGE when trying to update the firmware in any MOTOTRBO™ infrastructure or subscriber device:

Error [#110183] “The Software Update Management policy enabled on this device has expired and is not entitled to be updated to the specified firmware version. Please contact a Motorola Solutions sales representative for more information.”

Required information: Device short model number, device long model number, and serial number.
